Work with Gabe
It’s not about me knowing the answer. It’s about knowing the question.
I don’t run programs, and I’m not going to sell you a tier. But if the book landed and you’d like to think something through with someone, this is the door.
The whole of it
Here’s how I work, plainly, because there isn’t much to it and I’d rather you knew before you reached out than after.
I won’t manage your body for you. I don’t have your answers — I’ve grown suspicious of anyone who says they do. What I can do is help you hear what your own body and your own life have been telling you, and then hand it back to you. That’s the only thing I actually know how to do, and it took me thirty years to learn it. The whole method is questions, not lectures — better questions than the ones you’ve been asking, asked at the right moment.
People usually come for one of two reasons. Either there’s a detox they’re thinking about and they’d like a steadier hand to think it through with — or, more often, the detox already surfaced something that wasn’t about food at all, and they need someone to talk that through honestly. One person finds it’s the dairy. Another finds it’s the stress. Another finds it’s the marriage, or the work, or the quiet loneliness no clean diet was ever going to fix. Same fast, different information, every time. I’m not here to diagnose any of it. I’m here to help you put a light on it and ask the real question.
And I’ll tell you the truth about whether I’m the right person for what you’re carrying. Sometimes the honest answer is a doctor — if there’s anything medical in it, that’s not me, and I’ll point you there without a workaround. Sometimes the honest answer is not yet, or not this way. “Not now” is not failure — it’s information. If that’s where we land, you haven’t been turned away. You’ve been told the truth, which is the same care that runs through everything here.
The one door
If that’s the kind of help you’re after, reach out and tell me where you are — what brought you here, and what you’d like to think through. We’ll figure out together whether I’m the right fit. No form funnel, no calendar gauntlet, no pitch waiting on the other side. Just a note from you, and an honest one back from me.

This is education, not medical advice. Are You Actually Hungry? doesn’t diagnose, treat, or supervise anyone. If something means you should be working with a doctor — instead of, or alongside, anything here — that’s the honest answer, and I’ll tell you so.
